Within the city reach Katara Beach offers the ideal combination for kids who love their time in the water and like exploring play areas.

Keep the kids engaged with the multiple toys and activities along a beachside or even accompany them to some water sports.

Baladna Park

Based on one of Qatar's most prominent dairy farms, Baladna Park offers an array of kids' activities like foot billiards, an exciting play zone, a mini-zoo, ziplining, and so much more.

You could even give your kids a chance to try their hands on a simulated cow-milking experience and take them on tour to the 'Visitor Hall', where they can look at the farm's mechanised milking process.

      • Admission fees include activities like foot billiards, a jumping castle, the kid's play area, a reptile cave and the mini-zoo.

      • Visitor Hall access is free of cost. It is operational from 10 am to 6 pm, but cow spotting will be subjective to the milking rotation.

    This one is for the crafty! Allow your kids to get a hands-on experience in pottery with a session that lets them warm up with plate-making on a table, after which they progress to the pottery wheel, where they can choose to make a bowl, vase or cup.

    The session also gives them the chance to admire their finished product, as they can decorate it as they please.

    Lusail Winter Wonderland on Al Maha Island is one of the latest additions to Qatar's entertainment destinations. Within the Lusail Winter Wonderland, there will be numerous rides, arcade games and even a space dedicated to the famous kid's edutainment program- CoComelon.

    If you are looking to keep kids entertained during the World Cup, you could head to the Hayya Fan Zone 2022 at the Lusail Promenade.

    This family-friendly fan zone has an ice rink and other exciting activities and shows for children.
