What is the FIFA World Cup 2022™ Tickets mobile application?

The FIFA World Cup 2022™ Tickets app allows match ticket holders to access their tickets, send tickets to guests, and change guest names. Match goers will need to present their match tickets through the app to enter the stadium on match days along with their Hayya Card.

Functionalities:

• Access match tickets to attend matches at the stadium.
• Change guest names on match tickets (for match ticket purchasers only).
• Send match tickets to guests (for match ticket purchasers only).
• View tickets submitted for resale (for match ticket purchasers only).

How to access match tickets on the FIFA World Cup 2022™ Tickets app

1. Open the application and log in with your FIFA Ticketing account or Hayya Card credentials.

Note: If you are not the main applicant or ticket purchaser and don’t have a FIFA Ticketing account, you must create one by clicking the ‘Register by Email’ option.

2. Once logged in, you will be able to see your tickets on the application home screen under "My Events".

Notes:

• FIFA Ticketing will inform you once your mobile ticket(s) are ready to be downloaded.
• If you are a holder of tickets for several matches, tickets may be delivered to you at different times.
• All tickets purchased through the FIFA Official Ticket Resale Platform will be delivered as mobile tickets on the official FIFA World Cup 2022™ mobile ticketing app.
• Ticket holders must be at least 16 years of age to register for the official FIFA World Cup 2022™ mobile ticketing app.

How to change the guest name on match tickets

1. Select the match ticket you would like to modify the guest name.

2. Click on the "Change guest" option.

3. Select a reason for the name change (optional)

Reasons include:

• Travel restrictions
• Accommodation restrictions
• Hayya application unsuccessful
• Guest's personal reason

4. Fill in the updated guest details.

5. Once done, click on "Save profile". This will save the name change.

How to send match tickets to guests

1. Select the match ticket you would like to send.

2. Click the "Send your ticket(s)" option.

3. Fill in the Ticket recipient with the guest's e-mail address.

Note: Make sure the e-mail address is owned and accessed by the guest indicated on the match ticket. This guest will be able to access their match ticket using the submitted e-mail address.

4. If you would like to send more than 1 ticket to the same recipient, click on the "+ Select more tickets to send" button.

5. A window will pop up showing your available match tickets, and you can tick the tickets you would like to send. You can select up to 5 tickets to send at a time.

6. Click on "Add selected tickets" to confirm.

7. You may change the language to send your ticket(s). Available languages are Arabic, English, Dutch, Spanish, and French.

8. Once all details are confirmed, click "Send".

9. A confirmation screen will indicate the successful sending of tickets. You may also check your sent tickets through the "Sent/received Ticket(s)" option on the menu.

Notes:

• Guests who have not downloaded the official FIFA World Cup 2022™ mobile ticketing app will receive an email inviting them to download the app and create an account to access their tickets.
• Guests who have already downloaded the app and created an account will receive an email and a notification on the app to access their tickets.
• Only the main ticket applicant is allowed to send tickets, guests will not be able to transfer tickets.
  • If tickets have already been sent to a guest, and if for any reason you want to reallocate them to someone else, this guest will have to return the tickets to your phone before you can send them to a new guest.
• As the main ticket applicant, you cannot send the ticket under your name to a different person. You are only entitled to send the ticket(s) from one guest to another.

Accessing stadiums with the FIFA World Cup 2022™ Tickets app

On match days, you will need to present your match tickets using the FIFA World Cup 2022™ Tickets app to gain access to the stadium. You will also need to show your Hayya Card.

Match tickets display the following:

• QR Code
• Match number
• Participating teams
• Match date
• Kick-off time
• Gate number
• Block number
• Row
• Seat number
• Seat category
• Ticket application number
• Ticket number
• Ticket price

Note: The QR Code for the match tickets will be activated on the match day.

Accessing stadiums as a group with the FIFA World Cup 2022™ Tickets app

• If the main ticket holder or purchaser decides to keep guests' tickets on their phone and not send them to the guests, all match goers under the match tickets must access the stadium as a group with the main ticket holder.
• If a ticket is for another section or block in the stadium, the main ticket holder must escort the guest to the corresponding gate for the guest to access the stadium. In these cases, sending the match ticket to the guest is advisable.
• As the match ticket must be presented at the venue using the FIFA World Cup 2022™ Tickets app, please keep your mobile battery charged.

Notes:

• Match tickets are activated via Bluetooth, make sure to open the FIFA World Cup 2022™ Tickets app with Bluetooth turned on. No internet connection is required.
• For Android users, enable "Location Services" in "Privacy settings" and activate your app notifications.
