Qatar's Khamis Al Marri has been selected as a video match official at the Olympic Football Tournaments Paris 2024.
The FIFA Referees Committee named 89 match officials (21 referees, 42 assistant referees, 20 video match officials and six support referees) from 45 countries to work games in the prestigious quadrennial event.
Two Arab video match officials will join the 1984-born Qatari referee - Egypt's Mahmoud Ashour and Algeria's Lahlou bin Ibrahim.
The men's football competition will commence July 24, two days ahead of the official opening of the multi-sport carnival, and wraps up August 9 at a time when the women's football competitions begin July 25 and conclude on August 10.
The Parc des Princes Stadium is set to host the final matches of both men's and women's competitions.
