On 29 April 2024, the draw was held for the 52nd edition of the Amir Cup 2024 Round of 16 at Marsa Malaz Kempinski, The Pearl - Doha. The Round of 16 matches will be held from 6-9 May 2024.

• Muaither X Al Wakrah
• Al Markhiya X Al Sadd
