One year jail and QR200,000 fine for man who distributed ‘indecent’ photos of woman
A criminal court has sentenced a man to one year in jail and ordered him to pay up compensation to the tune of QR200,000 to a young woman for distributing her objectionable photographs to some of his friends, relatives and neighbours.

Mystery over 2 Qatari children continues
The mystery about the two Qatari children of divorced parents who went missing in Makkah on June 7, is deepening. In a new twist to the row, the Family Consultancy Centre has said the dispute over the custody of the children between their estranged parents is old and was first brought to its notice in 2005.
