The Ministry of Interior (MOI) announced on 21 August 2023 that a new preventive security service has been launched on the Metrash2 app named Al Adeed Service.

The service allows the public to anonymously report several types of concerns or violations that they may observe.

Reports can be filed regarding public morals, negative trends, violations in tourist places, administrative corruption and any threats.

The service can be accessed by going to the 'Communicate with us' section, followed by entering the 'Preventive Security' section, where the 'Al Adeed Service Reporting' can be found, which will allow individuals to fill out a form with the concerns.
