West Bay lines the edge of the Persian Gulf at the center of Doha. On its north is Katara Cultural Village, on its west is Onaiza, and on its south is Al Bidda.

City Center Mall is the hub for all essentials in the West Bay area. It has a grocery store, pharmacies, currency exchange places, restaurants, salons, laundry, tailors, pet accessories and more.
The Gate Mall is known for many eateries, grocery store, luxury shopping, Store974 (gaming equipment), a hospital and more.
Alif Stores is known for books, electronics, stationery and art supplies.
