Parks are among the best places to relax, have fun and keep fit. One such park located in the heart of West Bay, is Hotel Park Doha.

It not only provides visitors with some stunning views of the city’s skyline, both during the day and at night, but also has some cool and unique things to do and see!

Fountain of Colours

Enjoy the dancing fountains!

As you stroll around Hotel Park Doha, you can see the fountain dancing beautifully in rhythm. This is a fun place for kids to hang out as they can walk through the fountain, and enjoy the cool waters, on a warm afternoon.

The Hills

Climb up The Hills for a panoramic view of the park and the city!

Another beautiful feature of the park, The Hills provides one with an uninterrupted view of the entire park from atop. Climb up for some great photos of the city and also the Sheraton Grand Doha Resort & Convention Hotel at the other end!

Scooters, fun rides and bouncy castle

There are many fun things for kids, teens and adults to enjoy here. Adults, youngsters and teens can have fun riding the different bikes through the park, while kids can take rides on the small buggies available for them.

You can also rent bikes from the Bike stall and take them for a ride. The bikes are available for families- big and small, adults and kids too! Please note that currently, they are open from 4 pm - 12 am, daily. From November 2023, they will be open from 7 am - 12 am, daily, as per them.

The rates are as follows:

  • Big Family: QR 40 (30 min), QR 60 (1 hour)
  • Small Family: QR 35(30 min), QR 50 (1 hour)
  • 3 Wheel (small, medium, large): QR 25 (30 min), QR 40 (1 hour)
  • Adult (city bike, black bike): QR 20 (30 min), QR 35 (1 hour)
  • Kids Bike: QR 20 (30 min), QR 35 (1 hour)
  • Tandem Bike: QR 35 (30 min), QR 50 (1 hour)
  • Kids Bike (small): QR 15 (30 min), QR 25 (1 hour)
  • Electric Scooter: QR 35 (30 min), QR 50 (1 hour)

The bouncy castle is also an attractive feature that will keep the kids busy for some time at the park. Please note that this is currently only open on Fridays and Saturdays from 4:30 pm to 12 pm at QR 30 for 30 minutes per child.

They also have small panda buggies that kids can use starting from QR 25 per child, with a free ride for the accompanying adult, and the small bikes for kids will cost QR 20 per ride.

The tidal pool, which is located at the south-west end of the park, towards the main road is a place where you can relax and unwind, sitting by it. The pool makes for an Instagrammable location as you can capture the skyline’s reflections in it! Have you tried it before?

Arches

Maze through the stairs and walk through some beautiful arches, covered with vines and flowers.

Waterfall feature

Make your way down the arches and descend the stairs to check out a waterfall feature that lights up during the night. This is a great photo spot that you shouldn't miss, too!

Green lawns

The park has well-maintained expansive lawns where kids can play some ball, run around and enjoy while maintaining social distancing of course. You can also practice small exercises and play some games with your near and dear here.

Kids' play areas

The kids' play area consists of slides, seesaws and other fun rides. Please note that these are currently closed due to the current situation. The exercise area has different kinds of equipment too but they are closed due to the current situation.

The park prohibits campfire, skateboarding, swimming in the water areas, littering and drinking water from the water areas. They also have dedicated bins for segregated waste.

Note:

  • Please note that although taking photos while playing and having fun is allowed at Hotel Park, you must get permission from the reception at Level 2 of the parking lot before taking videography or photography for non-personal use.
  • You can pay for the parking via the dedicated vending machine near the lift area.
  • You can also park your car for longer (per day or even a week); please call +974 4456 7665 for more details.
