EHTERAZ, Qatar's COVID-19 tracking mobile application, is not only mandatory to be installed by citizens and residents upon leaving the house but now also part of the screening process when entering most establishments and facilities. These include but not limited to hypermarkets, banks, government offices, clinics, shopping malls, and parks.

But not all people have been able to download the EHTERAZ app on their smartphone.
