Beckham praising qatar foundation disability services

English football star David Beckham called on young talents to enjoy playing sports, especially football, which requires dedication to work and sometimes sacrifices.

This came during Beckham's visit to a number of facilities of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development and the Education City World Cup stadium.

The visit of the British soccer star included getting acquainted with an artwork entitled: "Together", created by the Korean artist Chaoy Young, which symbolizes the celebration of the State of Qatar, its people and football fans hosting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.

Beckham praised the "mobile sensory aid trailer" provided by the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy, which is a safe space and haven for fans with sensory challenges during their commute to the Education City stadium.

“Because each of us responds differently to stimuli, the sensory aid trailer provides a variety of facilities to help this audience take a break from the noisy atmosphere,” he said.
Regarding accessibility services for audiences with disabilities, Beckham added: “What we are witnessing today is a reflection of the power of sport, and the strength of this tournament is precise that you have such services available to children with disabilities, enabling them to enjoy the experience of attending matches.”

Beckham's tour also included a visit to the "GOALS 2022" exhibition held at Virginia Commonwealth University College of the Arts in Qatar, during which he viewed a set of photos and videos that tell about the impact of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 through personal experiences lived by members of society in Preparing to host the World Cup.
