The Qatar Football Association has announced in a tweet that the organization will not be hosting the 2022 CAF Champions League contrary to what is being circulated in various media.
The QFA confirms that this matter was not discussed with the committee of the Confederation of African Football through any official channel of correspondence.
The QFA also affirms in their tweet its deep relationship with the Confederation of African Football, which has been in place for years under the umbrella of cooperation agreements concluded between the two parties.
