Qatar continues its winning streak by claiming the gold medal in fencing at the Arab Games 2023 held in Algeria.

Team Qatar's Dana Ali won the bronze medal in the weight of 63 kg in the boxing competitions, bringing the total to 9 medals currently.

Additionally, His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Abdulrahman Al Kuwari has been re-elected as the Olympic Council of Asia(OCA) Vice President for West Asia.

Team Qatar's Bassem Hamida, won the gold medal in the 400m hurdles race, and his teammate Ahmed Al Saifi, won the silver medal in the hammer throw.
