FIFA has announced on their website that the online last-minute ticket sale phase for the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar will begin on 27 September 2022, 12 pm (midday) Doha time and will run until the end of the competition on 18 December 2022.
The full breakdown of products on offer via FIFA.com/tickets are as follows:
- Individual Match Tickets: Tickets for a specific match, available across four different price categories.
- Supporter Tickets: Group-stage tickets for supporters of a certain team, available across three different price categories.
- Conditional Supporter Tickets: Tickets for supporters of a certain team for a second-round match that could potentially feature their team, available across three different price categories.
- Four-Stadium Ticket Series: Tickets for fans who want to sample the atmosphere across four different matches and iconic stadiums on successive days.
Accessibility Tickets
Tickets that provide access to tailored facilities and spaces for disabled people and people with limited mobility, covering a range of requirements, as part of any of the above products.
Visa payment cards are the exclusive payment method accepted for residents of Qatar, while Visa and selected other payment cards are accepted for international fans. Visa is the preferred payment solution for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™.

In line with FIFA’s ticketing policy at 2010, 2014, and 2018 editions of the FIFA World Cup™, residents of the host country will exclusively benefit from a special price category, category 4, with prices starting from just QR 40 each.

The purchase of tickets is subject to household restrictions as set out in the Ticket Terms of Sale.
- TST3 includes tickets for the three group stage matches (GM) of the national team of your choice.
- TST4 includes tickets for the 3 group stage matches (GM) of the national team of your choice, and the Round of 16 matches (R16) regardless of whether the national team itself qualifies for such round.
- TST7 includes tickets for the 3 group stage matches (GM) of the national team of your choice, the Round of 16 matches (R16), the Quarter-Final match (QF), the Semi-Final match (SF), and the Final (F) regardless of whether the national team itself qualifies for such rounds.

Ticket Payment Method
In Sales Phase (1) and Sales Phase (2), it is possible to make payment for the purchase of the tickets by means of the payment methods listed below.
- For sales to residents of Qatar: Visa payment cards
- For sales to non-residents of Qatar: Visa payment cards and other accepted payment cards
Group ID
After submission of your ticket application, a unique Group ID will be automatically generated and shown within your ticketing account. Please inform other ticket applicants who would like to be seated next to you of this unique Group ID; they should enter it within their ticket applications.
Please note:
- The pre-condition to be seated together is that ticket applications contain the same ticket products and categories.
- Residents of Qatar can only use a Group ID of other residents of Qatar. International customers can only use a Group ID of other international customers.
- This functionality is not guaranteed as it may not be possible to provide adjacent seats to all ticket applications using the same Group ID. Wherever possible, the FIFA Ticketing Centre will seat the ticket applicants and guests within the same Group ID next to each other.
- Alternatively, you can join the existing Group ID of your family or friends by entering it on the text box.
