DESIGN

The circular arena's design is inspired by the traditional woven cap adorned by men and boys across the Middle East called the 'gahfiya'. It's a valued aspect of Arab family tradition that represents dignity and independence, and it marks the beginning of every young boy's journey to manhood.

TRANSPORT

Fans will be able to reach the Al Thumama venue using the Doha Metro and shuttle buses from the nearest station.

LEGACY

After the World Cup, it will be reduced to 20,000 seats, and will have a branch of world-renowned Aspetar Sports Clinic and a boutique hotel.
