In his Instagram post, Khamis says,
"I dedicate these achievements to the position of my master, His Highness, the prince of the country, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, and to my beloved country Qatar and to my family and children who have been my support and help after God Almighty. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the Patent Office of the General Secretariat of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council for the sponsorship and to the Qatari Scientific Club and the Ministry of Sport and Youth for their support. "
The innovative rug named 'Sajdah' teaches new Muslims and kids how to pray with the help of an LED that shows the prayers from the holy Quran. One of its features includes the Sajdah app which can be used to control the pace of your prayer guides, including chapter transition speed, font size, and much more. The mat also has an anti-slip layer and a memory foam layer that makes your prayer experience more comfortable.
The ITEX event was held on May 12 and 13.
