Uzbekistan faced Syria in the fourth match of the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ on 13 January 2024. The kick-off of the match in Group B took place at 8:30 pm at Qatar's Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium (Al-Sadd Stadium).
The first half ended in a goalless draw between the teams. The match was played for 90 minutes with an extra time of 5 minutes. The match was a draw with a final score of 0-0.
The other matches for 13 January 2024 were Australia versus India, where the former won with a score of 2-0, and China versus Tajikistan, which ended in a draw 0-0.
