The Local Organising Committee for AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 is headed by H.E. Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani as Chairman, and Mr. Jassim Rashid Al Buenain as Vice-Chairman. Mr. Mansoor Mohammed Al-Ansari is a member of the Local Organising Committee and the Managing Director of the tournament.

In an announcement by Qatar Football Association (QFA) on 28 March 2023, several members of the Qatar Football Association (QFA) were appointed as members of the standing committee for 2023-2027. They are as follows:
