The first AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023™ match held on the 5th day of the tournament, 16 January 2024, was a Group F match against Thailand and Kyrgyzstan at the Abdullah Bin Khalifa Stadium. The match kicked off at 5:30 pm.
The match's first goal was shot by Thailand's Supachai Chaided in the 26th minute, taking the lead at 1-0.
Thailand's Supachok Sarachat scores another goal for the team in the 48th minute, furthering the lead and securing the win with a full-time score of 2-0.
