Construction work on the Qatar-Bahrain Friendship Causeway, which was scheduled to begin by the end of this year, is now expected to commence at the start of next year.

The Woqod (Abu Hamour) Roundabout will be partly closed from this evening until September 12 for the final phase of expansion work, the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) said.
