The release will be made in exchange for the freedom of 13 Israeli civilians from Gaza, as well as 3 Thai and 1 Russian national who had already been handed over to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
Update: Of those released, one girl holds an American citizenship, 1 is a South African woman, & 2 are from Hungary.
