According to the latest Twitter post from Katara, the drone show and fireworks will take place at 8.30 pm that was before scheduled from 7 pm to 9 pm.

Qatar's first Hot Air Balloon Festival is on until December 18! Weather permitting, there will be free flight at sunrise (6:15 AM) then balloon activities at 11 AM, ending with a nightglow show at 6:30 PM. There will also be various entertainment and activities for the public.
