Qatar Central Bank (QCB) announced on its website the increase in interest rates for deposits, lending, and repurchases as follows:

• Raise the QCB Deposit Interest Rate (QCBDR) by 25 basis points (bps) to 5.75 %.
• Raise the QCB Lending Interest Rate (QCBLR) by 25 basis points (bps) to 6.25%.
• Raise the QCB Repurchase Rate (QCBRR) by 25 basis points (bps) to 6.00%.

The increase will be effective as of 27 July 2023.
