Bounce, a US-based luggage storage company, released its 2023 Airline Index, which includes Qatar Airways among the highest-rated airlines for domestic and international flights.

The list compared 60 airlines based on on-time arrivals, in-flight entertainment, cancellation rates, quality of in-flight catering, and more.

Qatar Airways ranked 3rd overall with a score of 7.50, while Japan Airlines took the first spot with an 8.28 and Singapore Airlines in the second spot with a score of 7.63.

Below are the top 10 based on Bounce's 2023 Airlines Index and their scores:

1. Japan Airlines - 8.28
2. Singapore Airlines - 7.63
3. Qatar Airways - 7.50
4. Korean Air - 7.19
5. Vistara - 6.43
6. All Nippon Airways - 6.23
7. Ethiopian Airlines - 5.99
8. Air India - 5.40
9. Azul Airlines - 5.25
10. Emirates & Vietnam Airlines - 5.16

Bounce reports that Qatar Airways scored 4 out of 5 for in-flight meals, entertainment, seat comfort, and staff service. The 5-star airline also recorded one of the lowest cancellation rates at just 0.33% and an on-time arrivals rate of 77.51%.
