According to a report by Al Jazeera, Israeli air strikes have killed families of two Palestinian journalists in Gaza, including the wife and other family members of Ahmad al-Batta, a correspondent for Qatar-based TV network Al Araby.
Al Araby has confirmed the news by posting a video on the X platform of Ahmad al-Batta hearing the news of the tragedy and being consoled by his colleagues. Ahmad al-Batta's family members were killed in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.
