Al Sadd Intersection

Ashghal Qatar launches upgrading works on Al Sadd I/S, to expand the intersection, develop infrastructure utilities’ services, & upgrade Al Sadd St & Jawaan St at a length of 3.2 km, within Road Improvement Works in Various Areas of Greater Doha - Phase 9.

To allow implementation of road works, number of lanes on Al Sadd Intersection will be reduced for about 1.6 km on Al Sadd Street in the section between Al Amir Street and C-Ring Road, on Friday, August 21, 2020 until March 31, 2021.

Southern part of Doha Express Highway towards south between Al Weteyyat and Al Mashaf Interchanges

Ashghal Qatar announces temporary traffic closure on the southern part of Doha Express Highway towards south, between Al Weteyyat and Al Mashaf Interchanges from 11:00 pm on Thursday, August 20, 2020 until 8:00 am on Friday, August 21, 2020, to complete installation of ITS Gantries.

Underpass from Doha Expressway towards Industrial Area Road on Mesaimeer Interchange

Ashghal Qatar will close the underpass from Doha Expressway towards Industrial Area Road on Mesaimeer Interchange on Thursday night, August 20, 2020 until Wednesday August 26, 2020 to enable the remaining works at the interchange.

Motorists heading towards Industrial Area Road from Doha Expressway, can use the underpass towards Rawdat Alkhail street then make a u-turn and use the new bridge to reach their destinations.

Al Khaleej St. & underpass at Gulf I/C (Al Mannai)

Ashghal Qatar will temporarily closure of Al Khaleej St. & underpass at Gulf I/C (Al Mannai), on Thursday, August 2020 to Sunday, August 23, 2020, within B-Ring Rd Development Project. During Closure, Motorists can use Ibn Mahmoud St or Al Diwan St, parallel to Al Khaleej St.
