City Center Mall hosted the 3rd digital raffle draw for Shop Qatar 2021 on Friday 1 October. A total of 59 winners walked away with a Genesis car, and over QAR 300,000 in cash prizes, as well as 10 prizes of PlayStation 5 and 31 gift vouchers.

The raffle draws are being conducted digitally this year, for the first time ever, and are in accordance with guidelines by the Ministry of Public Health. To participate in the raffle draw, shoppers submit details and store receipts through a contact-less process on WhatsApp. Winners are selected randomly through a digital process.

City Center Doha provides a wide variety of famous international, regional and local retail brands and services, spread across the five floors. It also features a range of family-oriented offerings which include a 14-screen cinema complex, more than 80 restaurants and a family entertainment Center. Visitors also have the chance to witness a range of spectacular functions, a variety of shows, and seasonal events and activities targeting different age groups.

Visitors and residents still have a chance to participate in the last and final raffle draw by shopping or dining at any of the festival’s 15 retail partners. Every QAR200 spent at any participating retailers accounts for one raffle draw entry. Receipts from all retail shops, restaurants, supermarkets and cinemas inside the participating mall can be used to enter in the raffle draw. Last date to send entries for raffle draw is 7 October. Next week, on Friday 8 October, Shop Qatar 2021 Final Raffle Draw will be held at Mall of Qatar at 8 pm. Grand prizes include an Aston Martin car and a cash prize of one million QAR!

1. Register by messaging ‘Hi’ to +974 4499 7499 on WhatsApp or by scanning the Shop Qatar QR code located throughout participating malls.
2. Enter your details in the chat to create a customer profile
3. Message ‘Win’ to participate in the raffle draw
4. Once prompted by the virtual assistant, upload image of the receipt(s)

Shop Qatar Design Week from 3-9 October at Doha Design District

The Doha Design District in Msheireb Downtown will host exclusive activations during Shop Qatar 21 Design Week starting from 3-9 October, including popup shops by over 20 local designers, meet and greet with international celebrity designer and design workshops. Limited seats are available for the workshops. Registration to reserve seats and payment (if required) can be made through Virgin Megastore.
