Filipiknows, a social media platform created to connect Filipinos in Qatar and around the globe, has partnered with Future 318 and Trinity Talent Qatar to honor and recognize a number of outstanding Doha-based Filipino workers and organizations. Dubbed the ‘Filipiknows Fili-Choice Awards’– it is the first ever Filipino Award giving body in Qatar.
For many months, the organizing committee has worked towards making the general public aware of the top-ranked companies, products, brands, and service providers in various categories through an independent and accurate market research analysis. Filipiknows’ founder Carlo Yan says he hopes that the recognition will further motivate the awardees to continue raising the bar of excellence for the benefit of fellow Filipinos and the diverse customers in Qatar.
Individual Awards: This award recognizes Filipinos for leading in their field of expertise, demonstrating excellence in professional skills, character & attributes as recognized by their employers and colleagues. The categories under this award will recognize the achievements of Qatar-based Filipinos working in the country since 2016.
Organizational Awards: This award recognizes the leading Filipino Organizations in Qatar, particularly in their capacity to extend support and assistance to kabayans. The categories under this award will recognize the achievements of various Filipino Organizations in Qatar servicing the community starting from 2017.
Company’s or Brands Awards: This is a special recognition to companies or brands trusted and patronized by the Filipino community in Qatar.
This category will recognize brands and companies’ valuable contribution since 2016 for the Filipino Community.
Filipiknows Fili-Choice Awards logo is considered ‘Quality Seal’ given only to Filipino professionals/workers, companies, products, brands and service providers of high caliber.
Filipiknows Fili-Choice Awards will be held on the 14th of December 2018 at Marina Port 1, The Pearl Qatar.
The ceremony is expected to be a night of glamour, glitter and style on a dhow.
