KKUM is a new addition to the Korean restaurant scene in Doha. Located in Bin Mahmoud, the new restaurant, has a Korean head chef too so you know the food they’re serving is legit. KKUM, which means dream, serves Korean chicken dishes such as Dakgalbi, Yangnyeom, Chicken noodle soup, Buldak, Ganjang, and Korean Fried Chicken. Other dishes include shabu-shabu, ramen, bibimbap, and Mak-guksu. KKUM had its grand opening last November 1.
Heads up, Filipinos in Qatar! This specialty coffee shop which opened this November is the new place to be. The cafe uses coffee beans that are solely from different regions in the Philippines with the aim of elevating and promoting Philippine coffee here in Qatar.
You’ll be able to sip coffee from Benguet in the north down to Mt. Apo (the Philippines’ highest mountain). You can also pair your cup of coffee with cheesecake, banana bread, and other pastries.

Inside Tornato Tower is a new dining concept called Zest. At the moment, Zest Gourmet Deli is in its soft opening phase and is serving Keto-friendly dishes as well as Keto Sodas. The gourmet deli also has a juice bar and serves specialty coffee along with vegan ice cream. You’ll also find a mini deli market inside!
This new cafe at The Pearl, which opened in October, is perfect for students and book lovers alike. Serving hot and iced coffee, the cafe also serves pastries, breakfast, salads, pasta, sandwiches, and desserts. Unlike other coffee shops though, Biblio Cafe has study rooms and meeting rooms that you can rent.
Of course, there are also books that you can read in the cafe and murals you can take selfies with.
Looking for a restaurant serving authentic Bangladeshi cuisine? The newly-opened Koi Pabda is the answer to your cravings. The restaurant serves authentic and affordable Bangladeshi food with real Dhakai taste. They have breakfast, bread, vegetables, beef dishes, mutton dishes, chicken dishes, fish dishes, biryani, snacks, and sandwiches. They also have weekend and daily specials that you can choose from. The restaurant officially opened in October.
