A new dining & leisure hub has taken shape in Legtaifiya, closely located to the Legatifiya Metro Station.

The food hub is dedicated to being a drive-thru dining destination with a range of food outlets and relaxing green spaces.

If you are looking for a quick electronics or gadgets grab, check out TECHAID. Their store at District ONE provides a one-stop shop for mobile and car electronic accessories.

Green park area

Behind the food stalls, there are vast green spaces, making this spot a great place to sit back and picnic to enjoy great weather.

Padel court

When driving behind the eateries, you will spot three padel courts. Note that these padel courts are currently not open yet, and works are still underway.

Photo spots

Whenever you visit District ONE, don't miss two ideal photo spots to grab a picture-perfect shot!

Towards the park's main entrance, you will spot signage of District ONE, which makes for a great photo spot.

If you are looking for aesthetic views, walk to the water fountain from which you get a mesmerising view of the UDC Towers at The Pearl Island in the background.

How to get there by metro

If you are using public transportation, taking the metro and getting off at the Legtaifiya station on the Red Line will take you right to District ONE - cross the road, and you will be there!
