In its latest travel alert, Qatar Airways stated that "Under the instructions of the Qatar Government, effective immediately, entry to the State of Qatar will only be allowed for Qatari nationals, who will be required to enter quarantine for a period of 14 days.
Passport holders of other nations will no longer be granted entry for a period of 14 days, after which the restrictions will be reviewed. Passengers with onward connections through HIA will be accepted for travel and Qatar Airways’ global network will continue its operation for transit passengers as normal. Cargo operations remain unaffected."

It was earlier announced that all incoming flights to Qatar (with Doha as the final destination) will be suspended for two weeks. Qatar Airways passengers affected by flight cancellation due to coronavirus can get a full refund or re-book their tickets to alternative dates without charge, as mentioned on its website.

In its official Twitter account, GCO released a statement that says "Today it is decided to stop all incoming trips to Doha for a period of 14 days, renewable, and the quarantine decision will be applied to all citizens coming to the state of Qatar from any destination in the world immediately upon their arrival for a period of 14 days, in order to preserve the safety of everyone and the safety of the travelers themselves before others."
