Fully vaccinated individuals can download the official COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate from the Ministry of Public Health Covid-19 website or through the My Health Portal.

1. MoPH COVID-19 microsite

Get your COVID-19 vaccination certificate through this link: cert-covid19.moph.gov.qa.

To receive your COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate, you must have taken the full course of the COVID-19 Vaccine as per the correct protocol and 7 days must have passed since the last dose.

In order to use this service, you will need to log in using your National Authentication System (NAS)/Tawtheeq username and password used for government e-services. If you do not have a NAS account, you can create one through the NAS homepage or through the link available when you request to download your certificate.

2. My Health Patient Portal

You can also access your COVID-19 vaccination certificate through HMC or PHCC's MyHealth Patient Portal. The certificate will be available 24 to 48 hours after the second dose.
