Some notes to remember if you lost your items on a Qatar Airways aircraft:
Airports are always jam-packed with people in transit, carrying multiple bags, so losing items can happen. If you ever find yourself with a lost item at Hamad International Airport, here's what you can do!
If you're still on the HIA premises: Approach any HIA Information Desk to report your lost item.

It's not uncommon for fans to misplace and lose personal items during stadium celebrations. Don't worry, there are Lost & Found Claim Centres at all information points that are facilitated by volunteers that will be happy to help reunite you with your lost items.
If you cannot claim your items during the matchday at the Lost & Found Claim Centres, any unclaimed lost items will be collected and taken to Qatar Post’s General Post Office for collection.
Alternatively, Qatar Post can deliver your found items to your address in Qatar or internationally for visiting fans.
