The Qatar national triathlon team participated in the Asia Triathlon Sprint Championships held in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, from 11-12 November 2023.
Faris Al Mohannadi and Abdullah Al Kuwari led the team’s run in the triathlon race, which included a 750-meter swim, a 20-kilometer bike ride, and a 5-kilometer run.
The Shift Go Racing team, consisting of Tamim Al Kuwari, Mohammed Al Kuwari, and Nayef Al Musallam, participated in the Team Relay category and won third place overall while achieving the top spot in the team rankings.
The Q Tri team also participated in the aquathlon competitions, which included swimming, running, and swimming again.
