Red Bull Neymar Jr’s Five finally makes its eagerly-awaited comeback this year as players from more than 30 nations prepare to battle for glory.

While national qualifying has already been completed in a number of locations, including Albania, Egypt, Finland, Kosovo, UAE and the UK, registration remains open in many other countries, so there may still be time to enter a team. Players can visit www.redbullneymarjrsfive.com to find out if their country is participating and check on the registration status.

Victory in the local qualifiers and then the National Final will earn one team from each country a ticket to the World Final to take on the best opponents from across the globe.

The tournament, which is thrilling five-a-side football - 10 minutes of intense action, no goalkeepers and teams losing a player every time the opposition scores - has attracted over 400,000 players from more than 75 countries and six continents since its inception in 2016. And now, this year, Qatar will host the World Final for the first time.

For those living in a non-participating country, or where registration has already closed, the Jr’s Global Five team offers one last route to the World Final for seven talented individuals. To be in with a chance of selection, players must impress Neymar Jr and his jury with their skills in a creative way by posting a 60 second (max) clip to their Instagram channel by August 31st using the hashtag #outplaythemall and tag @redbullneymarjrsfive. Only the first posted video per player will count, and name, age and home country will need to be added in the caption.

At the heart of the Red Bull Neymar Jr’s Five ethos is the global and uniting spirit that proves anything is possible, bringing players from different backgrounds, different nations and with different skills together in one shared passion: football.
