The eagerly-awaited Paris Saint-Germain x Jordan collection has been flying off the shelves today, as fans all over the world race to get their hands on the exclusive collaboration between the Jumpman and the Parisian football giants.
Thursday’s launch at Parc des Princes saw Kylian Mbappe, Dani Alves, Marie-Antoinette Katoto and Wang Shuang showcase the collection for the first time. The club had organised an online pre-sale via store.psg.fr/Jordan, and in only three hours the entire stock of 5000 products for that day were sold out - a record for the club.
The craziness continued today when the collection was officially launched in the Paris Saint-Germain official stores, and queues were seen from early morning on Paris’s famous Champs Elysees and at the Megastore Paris Saint-Germain at the Parc des Princes. Throughout the day thousands more flooded into the club’s official shops in France, Doha and the newly-opened Paris Saint-Germain store in Tokyo, with around 20,000 items sold globally by 5pm today.
The stir caused by the innovative and iconic new collection has not gone unnoticed in the international media, with a reach of over a billion people worldwide.
