Qatar Calendar House on 23 October 2023 has said that during the early hours of Tuesday (24 October 2023) morning, planet Venus will reach its maximum elongation with the Sun, and the planet can be seen with the naked eye above the eastern horizon of the sky of Qatar.
It can be spotted from after its sunrise at 2:12 am until before dawn on Tuesday (24 October 2023), and it will be at an altitude of 45.5 degrees arc at sunrise.
