The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the arrival of the thirteenth batch of wounded Palestinians from the Gaza Strip in Doha to receive medical treatment on 5 February 2024. They were transported by a Qatari military aircraft from El Arish Airport in Egypt.

This is part of the initiative of H.H. the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to treat 1,500 Palestinians from the Strip.

This initiative comes as a continuation of the State of Qatar's steadfast support and its ongoing efforts to alleviate the suffering of the brotherly Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in cooperation with various regional and international partners.
