On 9 December 2023, Minister of State for International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Lolwa Al Khater announced on her social media that the second plane carrying injured Palestinians arrived in Qatar.

The following is the statement she made after the arrival of the Amiri Airt Force plane in Qatar:

"Each of them has his story. There are those who lost a home, there are those who lost loved ones, there are those who lost an arm or a leg, and there are those who lost all of that, but despite all that, they did not lose their faith, their patience, or the smile of contentment from the heart. May God protect you and reward you, dear and powerful, our beloved ones

Thanks to God, the second group of Palestinian brothers arrived for treatment in the State of Qatar on board a medical evacuation plane belonging to the Emiri Air Force.

I thank my brother, His Excellency Ambassador Mounir Ghannam, Ambassador of the State of Palestine in Doha, and colleagues from the Palestinian Embassy for receiving the brothers at Doha Airport. I also thank the Egyptian Ministry of Health and the Egyptian Red Crescent for their support in the transportation process."
