QatarChronicleThe Supreme Education Council has announced the launch of the new application “Khadamti” (My Services) on iPhone and iPad, for all staff working at the SEC and in independent schools. Ms. Amal Al-Kuwari, director of the council’s Information Technology Department (IT), explained that this service is now launched after the SEC provided a personal email account for all staff and students of independent schools. Every employee can now have access to a range of services including: Salary inquiry, loans, vacations, and evaluations of performance. Students, however, can take advantage of their e-mail accounts as part of the e-learning services. The application “Khadamati” allows the employee to have an inquiry about his/her salary. It is now possible to obtain details of the salary by just selecting the month and the year. The application also gives the employee the opportunity to get a transaction history of all loans obtained (current or completed loans). Vacations, however, are displayed on the application by type and date. Detailed information include the starting date of the vacation, the number of days and if the vacation has been calculated or not. The employee can, through “Khadamati”, consider all evaluations on his/her performance: The employees can check their respective annual evaluations by choosing to view the evaluation of either one or all years.
