The Ministry of Municipality and Mowasalat Company (Karwa) have jointly announced the opening new public parking lots in the Al Ghanim Old Gold Souq area. These parking lots have been implemented on the grounds of the Karwa bus station in the area as part of the public parking management project in the country.

This joint initiative aims to achieve the following:

• Reducing pressure on facilities' current parking lots.
• Meeting the public’s requirements in vital areas of the country
• Supporting the community and achieving environmental sustainability
• Activating commercial activity in the region
• Ease of traffic flow
