The Ministry of Labour of the State of Qatar has announced that employees in the private sector covered under the labour law are entitled to a 3-day paid Eid Al Fitr holiday.
The ministry also clarifies that if the circumstances require an employee to work during the Eid holiday, the provisions related to overtime hours and their compensations, as stated in Article (74) of the labour law, will be applied.
