Justin Bieber, the famous singer and celebrity is in Qatar. He was spotted at multiple locations including Nobu Doha on 3 December 2021 and Education City, watching the Qatar vs Oman FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™ game on 4 December 2021. He was also spotted visiting the East-West/West-East by Richard Serra art installation.
