We have received reports from community members in Doha that Doha Bank ATMs are not working. Some community members believe it's a system error, some think the ATMs are out of cash, while some even say the Doha Bank office systems have been offline for 24 hours. The message on the ATM machine says "Terminal is Offline".
According to another community member, their Doha Bank Lulu card is also not working and a transaction has been unsuccessful. It seems the Doha Bank mobile app is also glitching.
There is no mention of any trouble with the Doha Bank ATMs and mobile app on the bank's social media.
