Offshore will be scattered clouds at times, the report added. Wind inshore will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15 knots.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 05 to 15 knots, gusting to 18 knots at times. Visibility will be 5 to 10 kilometres.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet. Offshore it will be 2 to 4 feet, rises to 5 feet at times.
