Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has announced its operational hours during the Eid Al Fitr 2024 holiday.

Emergency services

• 24 hrs throughout the holiday as normal.

The Pediatric Emergency Centers

• 24 hrs throughout the holiday as normal for medical emergencies involving children ages 14 years old and younger.

The Ambulance Service

• To operate as normal at 24 hrs a day throughout the holiday.

Outpatient Clinics

• HMC will continue to run a number of outpatient clinics throughout Eid. Patients will be notified of any changes to their appointments.

Urgent Consultation Services

• Closed throughout the holiday

National Mental Health Helpline

• Closed during the holiday.

HMC Nesma'ak Customer Service 16060

• 24 hrs throughout the holiday.

The Pharmacy Home Delivery Service

• Closed during the holiday, to re-open on 16 April 2024.

HMC's Blood Donor Center

• Closed from 10 - 13 April 2024.
