Hamad Medical Corporation

Emergency services

• 24 hrs throughout the holiday as normal.

The Pediatric Emergency Centers

• 24 hrs throughout the holiday as normal for medical emergencies involving children ages 14 years old and younger.

The Ambulance Service

• To operate as normal at 24 hrs a day throughout the holiday.

Outpatient Clinics

• HMC will continue to run a number of outpatient clinics throughout Eid. Patients will be notified of any changes to their appointments.

Urgent Consultation Services

• Closed throughout the holiday

National Mental Health Helpline

• Closed during the holiday.

HMC Nesma'ak Customer Service 16060

• 24 hrs throughout the holiday.

The Pharmacy Home Delivery Service

• Closed during the holiday, to re-open on 16 April 2024.

HMC's Blood Donor Center

• Closed from 10 - 13 April 2024.

Private Healthcare Clinics

Al Ahli Hospital

• Closed from 10 - 13 April 2024.

Westbay Medicare

• 10 April 2024: Closed
• 11 April 2024: 9 am - 5 pm
• 12 April 2024: Closed
• 13 April 2024: 9 am - 5 pm
• Note: Not all services are available

Doha Clinic

• The clinic is closed during Eid
• Emergency services: 24 hrs

BANKS

Qatar Central Bank (QCB) announced that the Eid Al Fitr holiday for all financial institutions in the State of Qatar will start on 9 April 2024 and will end on 11 April 2024, resuming operations on 14 April 2024.

Qatar National Bank (QNB)

• QNB e-branch at the Pearl-Porto Arabia will continue to work uninterrupted 24/7 as usual during Eid al Fitr holiday.
• QNB Fereej Sharq branch will work during normal working hours and throughout the official Eid Holiday.

The following branches will be closed on the first day of Eid only and will revert back to work on the 2nd day during evening Shifts only and throughout the official Eid Holiday:

• QNB The Mall Branch
• QNB City Center Branch
• QNB Landmark Branch
• QNB First Main Branch- Lagoona Mall
• QNB Mortgage Loan center
• QNB Villaggio Branch
• QNB Mall Of Qatar Branch
• QNB Doha festival city Branch
• QNB Place Vendôme Branch

All operating branches will resume working after Eid holiday as per normal WHs with exception of those offices/branches operating in ministries and government institutions, which are subject to the holiday of the public sector.

Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB)

All QIB branches will be closed during the official holiday starting Tuesday, 9 April 2024 until Saturday 13 April 2024. All mall branches will open throughout the holiday except the first day of Eid (10 April 2024) to provide cash services only.

Open branches during Eid holiday: (Saturday to Sunday: 9 am – 2:30 pm, 3:30 pm – 9 pm | Friday: 4 pm - 9 pm)

All other branches will resume working as per the normal working hours starting Sunday, 14 April 2024.

Dukhan Bank

Dukhan Bank branches will be closed throughout the Eid holiday except for City Centre Mall and Doha Festival City Mall, which will resume on the 2nd day of Eid from 9 am - 9 pm.

Regular working hours will resume for all branches starting Sunday, 14 April 2024.

Commercial Bank (CBQ)

All branches will be closed from Tuesday, 9 April 2024, until Thursday, 11 April 2024, except for the mall branches, which will be closed for the first 2 days of Eid only:

• Dar Al Salam Mall
• Villaggio Mall
• City Center
• CB Premium Lounge at Vendome Mall

3rd day of Eid: Evening shift only from 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm.

4th day of Eid: Back to normal operating hours.

All remaining branches will resume operations on Sunday, 14 April 2024.

Ali Bank

Ali Bank branches will be closed from Tuesday, 9 April 2024, and will reopen for business on Sunday, 14 April 2024.

City Center Branch will be closed only on the 1st & 2nd day of Eid.

The Ain Khalid, Al Mirqab, C-Ring Road, and Markhiya branches will open on Saturday, 13 April 2024.
