The Ministry of Environment and Climate Changed had announced on Twitter that the patrols of the Land Protection Unit at the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change responded to a citizen’s report, and immediately worked to detect an environmental violation represented in encroaching on the plant and marine environment in an area.

The violator ran over the mangrove plants and tampered with the coast. All legal measures have been taken against him and the culprit car has been seized and the rest of the procedures are being completed with the security authorities.

The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change sends its thanks and appreciation to the honourable citizen who reported the violation for his concern and interest in the environment. The Ministry urges the public to continue their good interaction in reporting violations.

The Ministry calls on everyone to report all environmental violations by calling the unified call centre, phone number 184, around the clock, seven days a week.
