Expert says Doha roads need to be pedestrian-friendly
Doha needs to become more pedestrian-friendly and encourage Qatari families to relocate back into the city centre to ensure the city continues its recent revival. As the West Bay is not very pedestrian-friendly, it has become a car dominated area, feels Tim Makowever, partner at Doha-based architects Allies and Morrison.
