Electricity and water are basic needs for our survival. Having such importance of them in our lives, it is also crucial to pay utility bills on time to enjoy uninterrupted supply. Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation “KAHRAMAA”, has made provision for its customers to pay their utility bills in a number of ways. Alongside the traditional way at the service centres and kiosks around town, you can also pay online to avoid waiting in long queues outside the bill payment centre.
Here we have jotted down a list of utility bills payment ways in Qatar.
To avail the e-services, you have to register first on the KAHRAMAA's portal and then click my account to pay online. Confirm that the payment details like, Qatar ID, electricity number, and amount in Qatari Riyals are correct and then click SUBMIT. If you are making more than one payment, make sure to clearly specify the other payments.

The official app of KAHRAMAA provides several e-services for the customers such as service status tracking, paying bills, updating e-bills Email, self meter reading, certificate requests and locating KAHRAMAA's customer services branches on map, etc.

Ooredoo's self-service machines are located around the country including supermarkets, airport, malls, and petrol stations. KAHRAMAA customers can quickly and easily pay electricity and water bills through the self-service machines. To locate the stores nearest to you, click HERE!
QNB offers electronic payment solutions in Qatar for KAHRAMAA via its ATMs. This service has been launched by QNB and KAHRAMAA to give customers secure payment facilities around the clock using the country’s largest ATM network.
QNB’s ATM services for KAHRAMAA customers do not require registration and are available to both QNB and non-QNB customers whose daily schedules do not allow them to visit a bill payment center.
