Opening Season of Qatar SuperBike and Qatar Challenge at Losail International Circuit this weekend

Qatar Motor and Motorcycle Federation and Losail International Circuit are ready for the opening round of the new season for Qatar Superbike and Qatar Challenge. This weekend, under the floodlights of the Qatari track, it will take place the first round for both championships with some changes regarding last season.

This year, the two categories in the Qatar Superbike will ride separately and only the free practice will be merged, so the Qualifying session and the Races will be divided into the different categories. The other change is that all the car activity of Qatar Challenge will be focused in one day, on Friday, when the practice, warm up and race will take place all in the same day.

On Friday, there will be free practices and qualifying practices for the bikes, starting at 16:45 and the car activity will start at 20:00 with the Free Practice for QCH. The car race is scheduled on Friday at 23:30. On Saturday, there will be the four races for the bikes, two for each category, with the first race at 18:00 and the last one at 22:00.

The Main grandstand is open to the public.
